    Hello, I was just at INTEL last Wednesday March 30 and The Place was Buzzing!
We had over 500 Employees, Engineers, and Admins, excited about our services at a Vendor Service Fair and I am a Pre Approved Team Building Service Vendor together with my partners @ Saratoga Springs Thank GOD!
    There was a HUGE interest in achieving sustainable results in Team Enhancement.                      My "Magic" is achieved thru meaningful experiential activity focused on Communication Styles better understood boosting camaraderie and boosting morale!

Summer 2010- The Good News!
I am pleased to say Summer 2010 and our rebounding economy has also called for and booked far more events with Fortune 50-500+ Corporations than 2009 and 2011 will be even brighter based on stability and growth and sales orders/demand worldwide.
Corporate technology and work demands on our Teams and People in our ever changing world requires now more than ever quarterly Team Enhancing Refreshers and activities that justify the investment away from "The Work Environment".

It was pointed out to me by an accounting executive of Intel Corporation that the "Real Cost" of a Team Event is far more than the Facility, Food, and Fun. An events cash investment might run between $100-$300+ per person depending on the location and ingredients involved. (Could be thousands per person with travel, meals, and lodging added in) 
Obviously the real cost would be far greater than that cost when thinking about "Time away from The Work Environment and Lost Productivity."
See if you estimated the number please?
$1,500 per person per day away from productivity plus cash costs for Travel, Food, Services and Events!
Wow! That changed my entire life and made me work even harder making sure the ativities I do justifies this kind of investment!

I asked this knowledgeable person who came to my event that had a $30,000 production cost involved for 600 people or $50 a person a question..
$1,500 x 600 = $900,000!
My question was, how much does it cost to NOT do an event that develops a true sense of Team, acknowledges Team Players, and builds cohesion, and boosts morale?  : )
She smiled and said, "You did well today and this is why Intel hired me to do their event!
She had come all the way from Intel Oregon to an event in Silicon Valley to investigate what had been over $3,000,000 dollars invested in her people at my facilities I worked that Summer alone.

Boosting productivity through these events continues to be my successful objective and outcome with each event I do! I am honored and humbled to be a part of organizations who help people help themselves grow in innovation and creation of new technology, products, and sales!

This afternoon Apple iTunes visits us at Saratoga Springs in the beautiful Foothills of The Santa Cruz Mountains in California, USA
This group, like many, works very hard and creates great Apple iTunes Products and Software that has changed the face of modern Music Sales and Marketing and enjoyment Personally and Professionally for all!

Intel and InfoSys Team Building Events the end of September were another huge success and the focus was on the Family as these events included significant others, spouses, and children.
Intel and Infosys both also have huge diverse ethnic mixes including many from India so along with some great Salsa along the way for those of Hispanic speaking background I have many "Bollywood Hits" that musically add to the activity.

As far as activity goes, I begin with a focus on the Children with engaging activities that everyone enjoys then I focus on activities that parents and children do together. After that I do an activity or two with adults then finally an activity with everyone! FUN!
I love my job and look forward to booking an event with YOU!
